Perfect staff and location, the hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff has always been helpful and efficient. Fantastic rooms complete with a cute bathroom, great linens plus shower. The property's restaurant is nice for breakfast. Every time in New York City we stay in this hotel:)))

Plus, the location is great, minutes from a cable-stayed bridge. Btw, it's set in the really quiet area.

Location
Noisy ac, noisy room paper thin walls, fan only went on high speed, not even a kettle in room, rock hard bed, had to ask for toilet paper, cups, face washers. Very difficult with more than 2 people in a room no space for suit cases in twin bed room.

We also appreciated the handy coffee and tea options available throughout the day! The only downside was the grab-and-go breakfast that got a little repetitive, but overall, it was still a fantastic stay 😊

Good hotel, clean room, helpfull and polite staff, free Wi-Fi, just 10 minutes walk from Wall Street and 5 from Ground Zero.
The price is quite high, window mounted a/c is really loud so I had to turn it off for the nights despite the high temp.

Staff was very helpful and rooms were lovely.
Right now there is construction all around the hotel which is inconvenient, but not unworkable for the traveler.

The gym was great for some quick workouts, and the comfort food at the bar was totally on point. The super nice team.
I did have a weird experience when I noticed extra charges after I got home. It was confusing at first, but thankfully it got sorted out eventually.

Excellent location, close to subway stop and around the hotel plenty of restaurants. Very clean room and bathroom. Extremely quiet for a New York City hotel, there was not one noise from outside.
Rooms are small, we were two adults and two children in the same room, it was hard to turn around. Slow elevator.
